Hello friends. Welcome to this weeks Global Design project. We are casing this super cool project made by Stesha Bloodhart. I love Stesha’s style, she has a great attention to detail and always pulls in such cool texture. I opted to case the basic layout from this card of Stesha’s and used the Happy Tails bundle to create my card.
My Aunt’s long time fur pal recently passed away. He was a great dog and lived a full and happy life. He was a service dog for a number of years and came to live with my Aunt when he retired from service. I made this card for her and tried to personalize the dog to look like her dog Tank. He was a yellow lab that always wore some kind of bandana. He loved his bandanas. The happy Tails stamp set does not include a bandana so I drew one and hand cut it out to fit him.
The dog has been colored using a combination of Crumb Cake and Daffodil delight Stampin’ Blends and then punched out using the Dog Punch.
I had to decorate the card inside with one of the great sentiments from the set. Here’s a glimpse of the inside of the card.
