I only promote products and companies I adore. I create projects because I LOVE to CREATE. I regularly participate in weekly cardmaking challenges that feature certain colors, themes, and ideas. I share tips and techniques on my Instagram, YouTube and tiktok accounts.

I’m Charlet Mallett, a Utah native currently living in Freeport, Maine. I’ve been married for 27 years. Chris and I enjoy our family of three amazing boys (13, 21, 24), two dogs, and a cat.

My career has provided awesome opportunities to be creative. I have a BFA in photography and put those skills to work early in my career in the advertising and marketing world. With the rise and popularity of the digital camera, I transitioned over to graphic design and I've worked in the design and paper crafting industry for 25 years. I have a professional background in commercial and product photography, graphic design, catalog layout, product management, and product development.

Some of my other passions include thrifting, home decorating, gardening, and baking. I am a huge fan of live music, limited-edition concert posters, and pie.

Painted Orange is my freelance business. What else do I do? I create. I design. I like to make things and sell things. I take pictures. Painted-Orange.com is a place where I can showcase and express ALL of my creative and personal interests, stay active in my craft, and collaborate with creative people.

My love of Stampin’ Up! began in 2002 and started me on this fabulous paper crafting journey. I’ve been an independent Stampin’ Up! demonstrator for over 16 years (two multi-year stints). I am addicted to cardmaking and love the art of paper crafting. I create often (crafting therapy) and enjoy sharing those creations to inspire others.

I love this company, and the products, and have been honored to be a member of the SU Artisan Design Team in 2018, 2022 & 2023.
