The Over The Rainbow stamp has elements to create rainbows and sunny cards along with perfect greetings to pair with all things RAINBOW. I choose a rainbow sentiment to highlight from this set. I created rainbow elements come from the Itty Bitty Accents flower punch and card stock arranged in a 'rainbow" sequence.
