Hello friends! If you are new here my name is Charlet Mallett and I LOVE papercrafting, specifically cardmaking. I love all crafty products but I mostly use products from Stampin’ Up! as I am a demonstrator for them. This hobby and business of mine has given me so many opportunities to connect and become friends with fellow crafters around the world. Such a blessing.
Some of my crafty friends and I are making and sharing holiday projects every Friday until Christmas in an event we are calling the ‘CRAFTY Festival of Christmas’. Every week we will feature a different theme. Today starts our first hop and our theme is Snarky or Snowy.
If you know me you know I am a big fan of SNARK however I had no new snarky Christmas set in my collection. I guess I know what’s on my Santa list this year … For this project I opted for the SNOWY theme.
This card features the Snowman Season stamp set from Stampin’ Up! This set is adorable and happens to have a coordinating punch. I did not use the punch on my card and instead stamped my snow fella directly onto a piece of Crumb Cake card stock that has been die cut. I painted him white using a generic acrylic craft paint and a small paint brush. The sweet scarf, twig arms and coal buttons are available in the ‘Let it Snow’ embellishment kit. Product supplies and links to those items are listed at the end of this post.
Ready for more snow or more snark? Next up is one awesome chick! I first met Maria a few years ago at a stamping event. She instantly welcomed me into her circle and I have been blessed ever since. She is one talented crafter and I can’t wait for you to see what she has made.
Sometimes link break, if this is the case you can always link up with others on our hop below. Thanks for visiting.
