I love to personalize gifts, even something as simple as a little potted plant. I added a butterfly plant marker to these succulents using the Butterfly die from the Springtime Impressions thinlet dies. This is a simple way to dress up a plant and say THANK YOU! Use up those supplies and share. These plants were appreciation gifts for our outgoing elementary school PTF members.
Farewell Card for a friend
Ben needed a farewell card for a friend who will be spending his junior year in Germany as a foreign exchange student. I pulled out some retired supplies (i love this map embossing folder) to quickly create this ABSCHIED card. Ben says Abschied is the german word for farewell. I needed a pretty specific verse for this card so I typeset the word, printed it, and then used Crumb Cake Blends to color. The phrase is above. Feel free to download and print if you ever need this specific phrase. :)
One Big Meaning - Thank You cards
Chris and I are in LA this weekend. I get to observe while he presents his final defense for his dissertation. He needed three Thank You cards to give to his dissertation chair so I decided to make 3 very different Thank You cards using the same stamp image from One Big Meaning.
Chris was in need of a few thank you cards to give to his dissertation chair. He defends today! I made three very different cards using one image from the One Big Meaning stamp set. I really like how all three turned out.
'Thank You' also just happens to be the theme challenge this week over at the Global Design Project. Woohoo! I submitted the above card. Check out all the other fabulous entries. It seems they get over 100 card ideas each week. Tons of constant inspiration!
