Stampin' Up! Artisan Design Team - Big Hooray!

Hello friends, Charlet here. At the end of 2022 I received an extra Artisan assignment to create a three cards using the Big Hooray stamp set and the Hues of Happiness Designer Series Papers. Here is what I came up with.
