Hello friends! Welcome to another Global Design Project challenge. We have a theme challenge this week: Sun Fun.
Summer is in full swing here in the US however many summer actives are not. Luckily for us we are near many lakes, ponds and places of water that we can enjoy while social distancing.
My card features the June Paper Pumpkin kit stamp set called Box of Sunshine. I usually try to create a few alternates using each monthly Paper Pumpkin kit. My kit was late this month but arrived just in time for this challenge. I’ve repeatedly stamped the sun image in Versamark and heat set with white embossing powder to create a a fun emboss resist background for watercoloring. I watercolored the background using Bumble Bee Classic ink.
Want to play along with us? Check out the Global Design Project blog for more projects and details on how to play along. If you make a project be sure to tag your project #gdp247 so we can see your work!
