Ribbon ruffles, what a fun theme challenge. We are playing around with ruffles this week over at TGIF Challenges.
My card today uses an awesome new stamp set called Capture the Good. The set includes a LARGE camera image. I collect cameras and camera stamps so this stamp set was top of my list to order from the new catalog. I will use it a TON!
Ruffles: I decided to make my own paper ruffle ribbons using the 2019-2021 InColor 6x6 Papers and Vellum. This is easy to do. Randomly fold the paper to create a ruffle. Stitch or glue to keep the ruffles in place. I roughed these ruffles up a little as I didn't want them to look too perfect.
The camera is colored using a new color additions to the Stampin’ Blends product line. See a full supply list below. There are many new colors that have been added to the Stampin’ Blends.
Did you notice? This card has a fun interactive element. The ‘Smile’ greeting is on a pull tab that slides easily in and out from behind the camera. Super fun!
Alright, ready to see more ruffle inspiration? Details on how to participate are on the TGIF challenges blog. Check it out! Thanks so much for stopping by, have a GREAT weekend!
