We had a bit of drama at bath time tonight. Nicholas is really attached to a certain blanket and carries it around for the half hour before bed. We typically set it by the side of the tub and then after bath he can snuggle with his blanket. Tonight he decided to pull his blanket into the bath with him and immediately he realized this was not a good thing for his blanket. He yelled "ut oh, my banket" over and over. We had a good five minutes of tears and I had to show him that his blanket needed a rest in the dryer. He finally calmed down and now we wait for the blanket to dry.
It's a good thing we started the bath out with bubbles or it would have been a complete bust.
