Small notecards are super fast and easy to make. I am participating in an organized 3x3 swap for Stampin' Up!'s upcoming convention. It's taking me a bit of time to come up with a cute 3x3 swap that will be easy to mass produce. These two butterfly cards did not make the cut but are still pretty cute for an outtake.
A Whole Lot of Lovely
It might be a no-no using a Host set on a swap but I seriously love this Stamp set! I created this Whole Lot of Lovely Card for my upline Ink Bug Convention 2015 Swap. I markered the Thank You image with 3 of the new In colors - all products on this card are the from the new 2015-16 Annual Stampin' Up! catalog.
Julie - I mailed these today ... you should have them in a week.
Watercolor Words Cards
The new Watercolor Words set is super fun to stamp with. You may recall this Thank You card I created as a convention swap last year using the Watercolor Thank You stamp. I like this stamp style and the look of watercoloring over embossed stamp images. I'm going to try to create a few cards with each new set I acquire, kind of a mini set sampler. My goal is to use every set I purchase instead of just adding to my ever growing collection.
#Punchitup Card contest - Hello Life
I never enter contests but am thinking I will do this more in the future. Not that I need a reason to create a card but it was fun to have a few parameters and thought if I can win a prize for making cards then why not try? I created these cards for Stampin' Up!'s June demo contest #punchitup. You can search that hashtag on pinterest to see the many other entries. Contest rules were as follows:
Demos only: Create a project using at least two of the four punches listed below. Then post your project on Pinterest using the hashtag #punchitup.
130698: Pansy Punch
133784: Hearts Border Punch
133785: Fun Flower Punch
133786: Sweetheart Punch
I used the Sweetheart and Heart borders punch, and a few new products from the 2015 Annual catalog. Fingers crossed!
