May Card Club projects

Check out this month's card club projects. We used product from the Occasions catalog, Annual catalog as well as a few items that are reining at the end of the month.

This a fun and a bit of an elaborate baby card. This card does take a some time to create.  We used the That's the Ticket stamp and Punch, the Spiral Flower Die and lots of gold.

These two samples focus on the Six-sided sampler bundle (stamp set & punch). The 15% discount for the bundle retires at the end of this month.

This small 3x3" card uses the set Zoo Babies. The elephant in this set is so cute. We used the small oval punch to make his ear pop. I've seen this technique done and love it.

We also used the Designer Frames Embossing folders. I love them. These are retiring at the end of the month also - so sad. Get them now.

This Congratulations card was CASED from a card Paula Critchlow cased from Jill Olsen. HA! How's that for giving credit?! All I did was changed up the color scheme so the card was more gender neutral.

This "Hello Sweet Friend" card shows how you can use the same template/design for a totally different look. This is the same template and size as the small 3x3" Zoo Elephant card. Instead I used the Six-sided sample bundle.

🌹yard work!

Nic & I spent some time today in the yard. We got most of the garden dirt spread (shovel and bucket method) & planted a few cold weather vegetables. I also transplanted our grapes, we will see if they take root again... Thru needed to move as they were choking out the apple tree.

April Card club

We had a great time at April card club.  Such a fun group of women.

Here are the projects from April card club.  I featured some Occasions products and a lot of 2012-14 in color products - which retire at the end of May.  All three of the cards we made move or create user interaction in some way.

The Mother's day card is a slider card, you lift up the tag to reveal a hidden message underneath. Super easy to create using the word window punch and dimensionals.  The stamp set used is called 'So Very Grateful' from the Occasions catalog, $16.95.

We create a penny spinner card using the stamp set and coordinating framelits 'Just Sayin'.  This card features 2012 In colors, which retire soon.

Lastly we created what I'll call a spinner card using the set 'Cycle Celebrations'.  The center rotates off center because the brad is off center. Simple.  This card also features retiring colors including coordinations papers.

Here is the link to lists of retiring products - available while supplies last if you are interested. Contact me to order.
